Payment and Refund Policy

All stated Terms & Conditions shall apply to all members, members' guests, and visitors of Tawau Golf Club (TGC). TGC shall be authorised and have the legal right to make any amendments and decisions, deemed as suitable.

Payment Policy

• All rates applicable are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
• All outstanding balances appearing in each member's Statement of Account, including Monthly Subscription, Food and Beverage Bills, Golf Competition Fees, or any other charges, shall be charged to the members accordingly.
• Members may pay their outstanding balances partially or fully based on their remaining balances.
• The Tawau Golf Club uses the iPay88 Payment Gateway for processing online transactions, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet.
• Members can make payments by Online Banking (FPX) only.

Refund Policy

All confirmed payments are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.
